Privacy notice
Last updated October 2, 2026
Who we are
This website, yachtreverie.com, is operated on behalf of Motor Yacht Reverie (“Reverie”, “we” or “us”). If you have a question about this notice or about your information, write to us.
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, email address and telephone number, and anything you tell us about your plans, such as dates, party size, destinations, the occasion and your message.
- When you browse the site: like most websites, our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and, roughly, from where. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry and, if you charter Reverie, to plan and deliver your charter. We also use it to keep the site secure and to understand and improve it. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t send you marketing you haven’t asked for.
Who we share it with
Our service providers process information for us under contract: Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers inquiries, and Google provides analytics. If you charter Reverie, we share what’s needed with her captain, crew and management so they can look after you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any charter that follows, and then delete them. Google keeps analytics data for up to 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. You can block analytics cookies in your browser’s settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or California’s privacy laws, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Where it’s processed
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
